Kioko Mwangangi
Founder & PresidentPastor and small-scale farmer in Malooi. Kioko helped develop a youth-led demonstration farm after years of discipleship and community work. His own orchard, nursery and apiary helped inspire the model.
Aaron Ndisya Muthini
Agricultural trainerAgriculture graduate of Meru University of Science and Technology. A volunteer since 2012, Aaron shares agronomic knowledge and teaches practical farming methods.
Isaac Mweleva Kioko
Agricultural trainerHolds an agriculture diploma from Meru University of Science and Technology. He has volunteered since 2012, helping local farmers learn new agricultural methods.
Joseph Mwambi Kiio
Agronomist & volunteerA Malooi-area agronomist with a certificate in general agriculture from Lukenya University. He has supported the farm and shared agricultural advice with other farmers.
Francis Mukemba Mwau
Community teamBorn and raised in Malooi, Francis studied business administration at Kenya Methodist University and later business management and informatics in Indonesia.
John Mwanthi
Local farmer & church leaderA farmer whose land borders the demonstration farm. John studied mass communications and serves as a church elder and Sunday school teacher at AIC Malooi.
Onesmus Maithya Kiio
Community leadershipOriginally from Malooi, Onesmus studied social and community development at Kisii University. He is active in local football and youth activities.

Sylvester Kyumwa Musyoka
Farm staffManages the tree nursery and grows vegetables. He pioneered biochar use at the farm and trains others in this soil-improvement practice.

Dennis Mwikya
Farm staffSupports tree planting, crop care and biochar production. His work has included planting hundreds of seedlings alongside community and church leaders.
